If you are missing any items (pier sections, life vests, floaties, etc.) due to high winds or waters, go to the south shore boat landing at the end of Blank Road to retrieve your property.
The lake may be in slow no-wake status for extended periods of time due to high-water events. The primary cause of high-water events is due to many large rain events in late spring and early summer.
Call the DNR (1-800-TIP-WDNR/1-800-847-9367) or the Columbia County Sheriff (1-608-742-4166). If possible, include description of the boat, registration numbers, owners name, and what the boat was doing.
